I am 5'9" and 160lbs. I tried the Large and the Medium. Large was a great fit. stretchy in the butt tight in the waist. Medium was a little too tight all over and uncomfortable. I measured myself without and the with the 2 different sizes. Medium sucked me in just about a half inch more than Large. Does wonders for muffin top and bloat. I highly recommend.
