I use it as an eyeliner and have gotten so used to it that I no longer prefer traditional eyeliners. It easily washes away with water, which is exactly what I need for effortless makeup removal. I got this after seeing an influencer use it online. It is a neutral shade and I use it both as a base or alone. It has some sparkle to it, but it isn't overly glittery.
