Shorter than expected

The wig was much shorter than it appears on the model. 12 inches does not reach my shoulders. Secondly the wig cap was very small. It would fit a small frame person like the model. I have a large head and very long natural hair, so the wig was very small and not a good fit, even with my own hair cornrowed beneath.
