If you have ever went through bouts of sciatica, you know that it's some of the worst debilitating pain that just knocks you out of your day. Currently I've had it on and off for a few weeks now that's worse than ever because of the fluctuating weather. I tightened up the strap easily even with neuropathy in my fingers, and put my foot in, just the one leg, and let it hold around the ankle on the wide base, and I did not want to move. I had such instant relief and pressure off that nerve. It comes with two so you can use on individual legs or put both feet in one. But I recommend one leg at a time for hip stretching and to keep good mobility in your hips. And these are sturdy, they will last without ripping or sagging and worth every penny. Do yourself a favor and try these, you can always return them but I think you and your favorite person will want to use them every evening to keep your body feeling better! I know I will add to my health routine.
