Cleans great, good price.

I had a Neato XV I I for years and it never gave me any problems; all I ever did was change the batteries and filter. So I had high expectations for this one. So far it works great; like anything else there are pros and cons. The pros are it cleans quicker and has more suction and does the whole house - and I have a big house-in about 1 1/2 hrs. The cons are it is programmed to your phone so you have to work with it that way - I liked resolving issues right on my machine. But it will be ok. Recommend highly so far.

This is one of the best botvacs out there. It keeps getting better the more you use it. It cleans in a logical way, the way you would clean. It was easy to setup to my WiFi and now it works with Google home for voice control! Highly recommend it.

Realiability is terrible. Wheels lock up.

Stay away from Neato. Sent unit in for repairs and the robot would only work for a few months. After 18 months of not being able to repair it, they tell you the warranty is over. They never fixed it. Don't buy Neato
