Wow! Very impressive . I was tired of going through all types pans of different types and always my eggs would stick, regardless of how much butter I used. This pan i need virtually NO butter, eggs slide off onto the plate without breaking the yolk. YAY!! Finally! I have 2 different sizes. I highly recommend using ONLY silicon utensils. Gets hot and retains just like a cast-iron skillet, without the weight.
