Ugly Stik Bigwater Spinning Combo, 10' Medium Heavy Fishing Rod, 70 Size Reel

This is a great rod %26 reel set for the price. I would recommend it. The combo is a perfect heavy/medium size thats not too small or to big. That makes is ideal for both fresh and salt water. And when you do luck out and hook the "big one" you'll be glad you have it. My first time using it was off Bob Hall pier in Corpus Christi. I caught a couple of small whiting and a trash hard-head catfish while hunting Redfish. Then about 2 hours in I caught a 7 foot Hammerhead shark and this rod got him in with no problems. I was a little surprised, I was only using 20lbs line and I estimate the shark was in the 200-250lbs range.
