Great illustrations and predictable text

I bought the book good night construction site as a gift for my 2 1/2 year-old grandson who loves construction vehicles, and I can't wait to give it to him for Christmas! Plus, I am a retired elementary school teacher, and reading specialist. Therefore I love the rhyming text because it allows children to try and predict what the upcoming words are going to be based on the pictures and the rhyming text! Also, the illustrations are very colorful and detail oriented.

Bigger than expected

A great book but bigger than I thought it would be. I thought it was a board book like our others from this author. My son liked reading it.
