Weight plates are available in single packs in a variety of weight sizes (1, 2.5, 5, 10 kg). The weight plate sizes allow you to create individualized weight combinations that fit the ideal weight for you. As your ideal weight changes, new weight combinations can be created. Weight plates fit a 1-inch diameter bar. Duracast weights are a combination of a thick outer high-density polyethylene shell that is then filled with a high-strength concrete resulting in a solid core. These weights are quiet and won’t clang when in use. The tough outer shell will not damage flooring or other equipment. The weight numbers are permanently molded into each plate and won’t rub off over time. Duracast weights do the same work rubber coated steel weight plates do at less cost and without the smell of rubber.
