Looks good, doesn't wear great

The daily lite looks great. Its a comfortable material, and fits nicely with a range of outfits. However, its being sold as a comfortable wear every day shoe, but the collar lining on the heel is very firm and rigid, so will cut into your heel very easily until they're well broken in.

Nice but rubbing on heels

Nice shoes but both pairs are so stiff at the heel that they keep rubbing my heel bloody...
