Haven't tried it in snow yet but it's waterproof outside and soft inside and looks like it'll do well in the cold. The size for infants doesn't include a thumb but I struggle to put gloves on my baby anyway so I think this will work better.

Gloves keep falling off because you can't tighten very well(might add more velcro myself) and baby hates them. I think that lack of any grip is also frustrating when he's playing in the snow. They're loose inside and hard to line a small thumb up into the right hole lol
