My son is 48" tall, 88 pounds and wears a size 10/12 in his everyday clothes. I purchased a size large in these game pants and they fit him perfectly with a little wiggle room for growth. I think he may be able to wear them for another season or two...fingers crossed. They're good quality for the price.
