we LOVE this paper towel holder. We installed it under our upper cabinets and it has worked flawlessly ever since. Still has just the right amount of tension even after 2 years of heavy use. I thought my hubby was a genius when he brought home this gadget, it's just awesome. I have told my dad about it a number of times, it makes getting paper towels easy and frees up counter space. I'm getting him one now and when we move I'll get another.
