More beauty than functional design
Such a beautiful design, and real marble inlay. I will use this table next to chairs to hold a coffee cup or wine glass next to the fireplace. There is something just so satisfying about the sound and feel of drinkware on marble! However, the engineering of this table is not great. My first table failed during packing or in transit, with one leg popped loose from the top. The replacement is better, but even so the table is "bouncy" and the table top is not completely level (slopes down a bit). It really could benefit from a third leg or more distance between the two. But I love the materials and look so much I'm keeping it.
