Item is listed as a winter jacket. In reality it is hoodie. I live in CT and work on the highways where the temps can get pretty darn low. You also cannot bundle up because of needing to get into tight spaces or moving out of the way of a distracted driver. All l can say is have the manufacturer come on out with me on some cold nights wearing only his *Winter Jacket" and then have him rate it. It sure is not for a night of 25 degree temps Also cut small. Of you are a normal XL go 2 or 3x. I wear an An American made large and had to buy a 2xl. land that was a tight fit.
