Takes 10 Years Off Your Appearance

Collagen and Hyaluronic Acid everyday. I don't look or feel my age. I mix this stuff up in about anything that makes sense because it's flavorless. Mix the powder in slowly to avoid clumping. If your skin on the outside has elasticity, then your skin on the inside has elasticity.

Added Recovery

I have really enjoyed taking a scoop of Garden of Life collagen before bedtime for added recovery for connective tissues, especially after hard training days. I'm specifically thinking of my ligaments, tendons and cartilage and what collagen can do over time. I'll take any beauty benefits as a bonus!
