Otter Box is a great protector. This one is terrific color-wise as the orange trim, though not particularly aesthetically pleasing, makes it a little easier to find the phone. Especially for those of us who habitually misplace our phones. It definitely protects phone when it's dropped.

Bought this case again for my s9 after having this type of case for my s8. A great case that protected my phone completely even after several times of being dropped. Would highly recommend. Just don't buy the alpha glass to go with it. Dropped phone once and alpha glass screen protector just fell off and broke. Not happy especially as not cheap.
