These forks have a high-gloss finish that makes them pretty %26 easy to clean because nothing sticks fast to them. I also like the fact that they are very light. Though they be full-size dinner forks, they feel in the hand as light as a much smaller fork, like a cocktail fork, which is a relief to small or arthritic hands. When you need a bunch of forks at an affordable price, you really can't go wrong with this brand.
