Achim Nexus Self Adhesive Carpet Floor Tile - 48 Tiles/ 48 Sq.Ft., 12 inches x 12 inches, Smoke

This is just a starting review since I haven't actually used these tiles on my floor yet, but honestly, I was SO nervous about buying them because of some of the reviews 😭. For anyone confused about the quantity: there are 20 tiles per box, NOT 80. Personally, I didn't mind because the original listing/item I had in my cart was for 100 peel-and-stick floor tiles anyway, so I ended up getting the same amount. I was sent 5 boxes total, and 20 tiles × 5 boxes = 100 tiles. As far as the quality goes, I'm actually really impressed so far. The tiles are true to size at 12” × 12”, and they feel pretty heavy and sturdy. They're not super thin or flimsy, but they also aren't ridiculously thick. They genuinely have a nice weight to them and feel more like real wood than I expected. I haven't installed them yet, so I can't speak on how well they stick, how easy they are to install, or how they hold up over time. But based on the initial quality and appearance, I'm pleasantly surprised! I'll update my review once I actually put them on my floor. 🫶🏽

I love the tile and the design the vinyl is amazing and it is of durable strengths but for some reason the tiles they like to stick on the floor the adhesive is a good adhesive but it seems like the outer edges of the tile have no adhesive on them and that causes them to raise I tried putting weight on the corners of the tiles to keep them down seems to be helping level them straight I know my floors straight and level because I put a level to it and all the way across my floor is flat and I've cleaned the floor I've mopped it with peroxide and hand wiped it down there's no reason the corner of these tiles should be rising from the floor it's not on every tile that I'd say it's about on a quarter of them and I bought a total of 80 I could say maybe somewhere in shipping maybe there was weight on one of the packages so some of the tiles may have been bent and I'm just trying to bend them back out flat,
