returned twice

i ordered this watch twice. first time it came and didnt look brand new. the clasp on it kept opening. so i returned it gave them benefit of the doubt and re ordered it. it was suppose to be a gift. it comes again the pillow inside is torn the plastic cover on the watch is looking old. and then i realize it doesnt even work battery needs to be replaced i suppose because it didnt even have a plastic stopper on it so i assume it was ticking and ran out of battery so that costs $30 itself to replace!!! . AND ITS A GIFT.. so disappointed.
