I love my HappyLight Luxe!

I was going through my usual seasonal blues, so I decided to try light therapy. I noticed a boost in my mood from the very first use, and it gets better with each passing day. Definitely give it a try if SAD is something you experience. If it doesn't work, try the suggestions provided in the user manual (i.e., frequency, brightness, length of time, etc.).

Highly recommend to people with SADD

Excellent light! Was recommended to me by my dr and has worked wonders for my seasonal depression. The champagne cold color makes it a beautiful lamp.
