Head is 23" but narrow and long so a large fit slightly snug. There is ZERO room on the sides for eye glass bows and the upper face arch is quite low on the face for eyeglass frames. The snapdown clear eue shield fogs up even at55⁰ so use would be limited. a VERY ATTRACTIVE helmet that seems WELL MADE for an EXCEPTIONAL price.

Most comfortable....

This helmet is a beautiful design. This is by far the most comfortable helmet I've ever put on. Nice balance, very little wind resistances.
