Miranda 4-piece Queen Bedroom Set Black

I bought this online because NONE availability to see it in store. I got it 1 week after purchased online. I slept twice and it was enough to call Walmart Customer Service to ask to return it. It's not so comfortable to sit or lay down even for temporarily times. Unfortunately I throwing out the bib original packing box when I received it... So it was a true mess to find a box... don't cover well and I did what I can to packing it securely to return it back. He,s gone since 4 days and I'm waiting to get the refund as it was returned in excellent state because I use it only twice and stop to use it to ensure nothing happen before to be reurned back. This couch need a much better chushioning in my opinion... something that will be comfortable to sit on it and someting stronger/firmer when we need to sleep on it... So it mean something soft with underneath strong and firm to not flatten after few weeks or months. Also the pillow are almost useless and the velcro to hold them is a very bad idea ! I think any couch with bed feature should have a removable mattress to avoid to throwing out everything when it flatten/sinking... So I have bought the BISMARK futon to replace this couch as at least I can replace the mattress when I will need to do so and keep the structure if this one is stronger enough and easy to use. I give 3 stars but its only for the looks it have !
