Dangerous Design

The glass side panel on my case exploded sending glass everywhere. I reached out to support and they didn't seem to care. I said I would be writing a negative review and their response was "we will accept your negative feedback". Thermaltake obviously doesn't care about the safety of their customers or the honoring their warranty.
