Beautiful buy is assembled

The instructions for assembly are almost impossible. I almost gave up twice. Between the picture, video, and YouTube I managed to somewhat put it together. Tragic that I can't make the brakes work. The front tire doesn't align with the inter tube bladder and pops off track when I air it up. Just a matter of time before I take the whole thing back to the store.

Missing items, rear shelf and the inflator

Missing the inflator and the box was already used before it was sent to me. I took a video, this product was bought by someone and returned and then sent to me. The box was retaped and it's missing the air inflator that was supposed to come with it. The pieces by the petals have been used and chipped because a lot of the paint or metal is like chipped. Missing the rear shelf as well.

Need to improve quality.

After receiving this cycle, two parts were missing. I contacted customer service; they gave me a full refund with no need to return. IT WAS EXCELLENT service. 👍Honestly, I want to rate them good, but after using it… I am really sorry to say it's very poor quality, 👎so I have to throw it away. It's taken more than 2/3 hours for me to fix it %26 spend money to buy the missing part separately, but still unable to use it. Very disappointed
