Scamming customers

I returned the poor quality sweatshirt back to seller using the QR code by Walmart using FedEx. They claim they didn't receive the package and charged me again. Their customer service and Walmart customer service were useless, offering little support. I had to contact my credit card and dispute their charges. Last time, I will order anything from Walmart and this seller
