Does exactly as needed, however we are using it while sleep to track possible sleep apnea, and notice it does come off the finger easily during sleep. But that's not the products fault!

Bought this as this one came with data connectivity using its app (ViHealth). I already have a non-Bluetooth verison of this device and this one looks and feels identical. The device is well made and does not look flimsy or "cheaply made". It comes with a carry case, 2 AAA alkaline batteries and a lanyard, besides the user manual (which can be much improved). This device is accurate as I have compared with commercial pulse oximeters (Mosimo, Ohmeda). Works fine without the app. Shows sPO2 and Pulse rate, besides battery level. Has some options for beeps etc. One has to download the viHealth app (as the device is made by Viotomtech). Once you open the app and if the Bluetooth function of the phone is ON, you will see this device as PC-60FW. Once you click on it, it connects and shows data right away. The app stores data and gives you trends. Besides, the app will also share data with Apple Health App and show sPO2 and pulse rate. The Bluetooth range is at least 10 feet. Highly recommended for someone with respiratory issues, sleep apnea, athlete etc. The device should not be left on the finger for more than a few minutes to avoid pressure related issues.
