My wife is much disabled by a stroke, and is not easy to get into underwear. So, we need the kind you can open, adjust, and roll her into. These really fit the bill. My local grocer carried these for several years and then stopped. Very easy to get on line from Walmart. You will not accept all the nicknames I have tried, so I give up! Best product out there (l/xl), and they fit my brother who is a large man and battling stage 4 colon cancer. They are wonderful for his bowel incontinence and I would recommend them to any one who needs them. Have tried other brands and they run small.

good protection

My mother loves these. She has very heavy "accidents" so she has always needed to use a Tena Pad along with her incontinence underwear, no matter what brand of underwear she is using. We learned that trick in the hospital. These specific underwear, the Depends adjustable, offer very good protection. The adjustability makes them comfortable and allow for a good fit. The ability to detach and open the sides is very helpful during the day, for easy clean up. This way she doesn't need to remove pants, and shoes to change underwear. Glad we found these!
