Bad service no quality check

Ordered a 32 GB set of memory two 16 GB sticks. What I received was a 16 GB set with two 8 GB sticks. I immediately called up and told them the problem and said I would be happy to ship them back they're incorrect product. All I want is my actual product ordered sent to me with a return envelope. Apparently this was too much to ask for it was supposed to arrive Sunday it is now Monday and I have nothing I have a client that waited a week longer to get this product from Walmart instead of Amazon and now they're going to have to wait another week due to their suboptimal service.
