It started off a little

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It started off a little shaky at first, I contacted customer service and it was made all better. I ordered my normal size 7, which was too snug so I exchanged for a size 8. I was able to zip it comfortably. My Journee experience was great!

I really like these boots. They fit true to size. My calf fit no problem even with tucking pants inside of them. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because there is no arch or heel support.
