I bought two huge rugs for my porches. One porch was super slippery in the rain. Now it's not. I have to be highly risk averse and proactive about it because my spine and hardware in my back is broken and i am old and weak. This will go down the stairs of both porches. I will use hot glue to secure them. I will probably cut it in half and use half for the front porch stairs and half for the side porch stairs. It won't hurt it to be cut. I can tell I will be able to heat seal it. I can barely walk anymore so it is imperative if I want to remain independent and I do. These rugs are durable and the guys who cut down our monster size trees left tons of sawdust on them, but I haven't cleaned them, yet becauuse they's still not done. Before they came, I just used my vacuum on them and sometimes my leaf blower to get cat hair off. They look like new when you vacuum them.
