Great Value Automatic Dishwasher Powder, Original Scent, 75 oz, 1 Count

I've used the name brand pods, the gel packs, basically everything out there, and this one cleans better than all of them, bar none. I genuinely thought I just had a bad dishwasher. Turns out it was the detergent the whole time. I've been using this for months now and my dishes come out spotless every time. No film, no cloudy glasses, no dried on residue even when stuff sits in the sink overnight. And it's a powder, which I wasn't expecting much from, but it outperforms every pod or gel I've tried. The price is barely anything compared to the name brands, so you're paying way less and getting better results. Not sure why anyone pays more for the same job done worse. Can't recommend this enough.

Youtube - Technology Connections he basically explains in great detail dish washers- shines a light on pre-wash function which many ignore (it's that first 10 minutes of the cycle) , rather than use plain water on those dirty / greasy plates- the powder has bleach- super powerful in those first 10 minutes! Now i still use pods (old school powder ones) but its portion controlled , and my dishes come out brand spanking new!! Overall this is a great value!! The box lasts me exactly 4 months (for the sole function of pre wash) i use my dishwasher mostly 2 times a day, rarely 3 times. 10/10!!!
