The latest surgery site is new and at the appointment to have the top stitches removed (there are stitches below which will dissolve and it will take longer for that area to recover) I was told the surgery site was healing very well, so I am very positive about the use of this collagen supplement and will continue using it.

Switched from vital powder to pill
I like this more I was hesitant because I was using powder for years then stopped about 6 months ago went to order more but no way will I do cardboard packaging! Ewww tbh. Anyways got me thinking and after research decided on these pills! I always noticed a difference with my skin using collagen. I keep these next to my coffee maker and pop one anytime I make coffee usually 1-2 a day. I recommend and a lot cheaper than powder! Even at 3 a day it's cheaper and just as effective. Cardboard and bugs give me the ick lol I can't even keep boxes in my home and food goes into clear airtight containers. Anyways this is my new go to and wish I found it sooner. I absorb meds quickly so 1-2 is good for me daily.
