This is a beautiful rug that will serve its purpose. it came wrapped and rolled; I received it without any damage. it is low pile which is why I ordered it. I have seen this rug before in the store and I assumed it would have a tight weave, but it doesn't, even with this minor detail the rug is still very beautiful, I highly recommend purchasing if you are looking for a good for the money rug, this is it.
