I got this game and it is a blast. One bit of caution though: It was near impossible to figure out how to play until I watched a few youtube videos about it. Once I saw it being played, it was fairly simple to follow along. The game takes about an hour to play.

Excellent game all around
This is a fantastic game. I'm not a horror fan, but the artwork is visually appealing and not gruesome, scary or bloody. In addition, you don't try to be the monsters, you try to protect the village and even defeat the monsters. Defeating them actually means helping them in some cases. This came plays quickly, and is easy to play, but that doesn't mean it's a simplistic game. I play very deep games like Gloomhaven and Mage Knight and I still consider this very engaging. At the same time it's easy enough for novice gamers to play. It is a great cooperative game, but it also plays excellently solo. Component quality and theming is top notch! I'm definitely glad I purchased this game. It hit the table 6 times in the first 2 days I got it!
