Dosage
Simply connect the lead wires to the electrode pads and the Tens unit. Using the included electrode placement guide, apply the electrodes to the treatment area. Press the Power On button to turn on the unit. Press PE to select one of sic preset programs for different body areas. Press â–² and â–¼ buttons to control the level of intensity. Use for 30 minutes.

Great TENS/NMES Unit
Be sure to read instructions. The electric pulses will be more intense after the first minute of use, so start low and increase with each use to what an be tolerated. I bought this for therapy to my knee. Too early to tell results. The pads that come with the device only last for perhaps 5-6 uses, and then their adhesive becomes too light to adhere well. Buy new pads, 2"x2", button type. These are not usually found in drug stores and need to be ordered online. I got 20 for $10.

I bought this because I had a total knee replacement. It really did help a lot with the inflammation and pain. This machine is really easy to use. Just remember to order extra pads. It only comes with four and even though you can you them numerous times they don't last forever.I recommend it.
