Very supportive bra type which gives you options. Under scuba wear, jeans or workout clothes will assist in a smooth no lumps look. I like that its supportive yet slightly stretchy. Beware the sizing runs small. I did send my first order back it was too small, and I ordered up a size too. I reordered 2 sizes up and it fit perfect. Does hold the jiggly tummy in place pretty good. I actually bought it to layer under other shirts because it looked thin enough with support. It works great for that, and you get 2, one black and one white so it was a good value. They are thin, soft and supportive, I am pleased with my purchase.
