I don’t know why other reviewers didn’t like this item. It did take me a few hours to put together by myself but instructions were in diagram form and easy to understand. I included a picture of my aftermath assembly . My 2nd bedroom closet in my apartment never had any shelves or rod so this was a game changer.

One of the metal tubes was split open on the seam, but fortunately an extra tube was included so I didn't need that piece. I followed the directions and was able to assemble fairly easily. Not very sturdy doesnt hold much weight

We had this for less than a year, it was a Christmas present for my daughter. Originally she used it to hang her sweaters, some long sleeves, and she had a couple bins with gloves and hats nothing to heavy, but the bars that the hanger bars were on folded in half. I fixed and reinforce them with wooden dowels. after that she just kept light clothes and some extra blankets, but today the whole unit folded in half and fell over.
