far better than i expected!!! its also like a little diy project, that my young boys also helped me build so its not too hard and the directions are very easy to understand. i have a teddy bear hamster and she loves it. i got it with the intentions of it being a burrowing multi-level hamster enclosure! ill attach photos. the only thing I can think as a suggestion to better your product would be to maybe add wheels for easy moving around
