At first I didn't think the speed was going to be enough but it surprised me because the amount of breeze after my room was cool after a half hour of being on oscillating mode and the fan is definitely quiet. The remote definitely comes in handy it blows pretty far in my room.

I have bought several of these fans over the years to use in different parts of the house and never have had any problems. They are quiet (great for the bedrooms), really circulate the air (great for large rooms) and the price is reasonable (you get what you pay for). Considering I use them 24/7, they hold out for about 5 years which is better than other brands I have bought in the past. I think you would be pleased with this product!
