to be very clear my 1 star review is soley on the vendor walts tv. The tv arrived broken and they made everything a headache with the return process instead of having me just get ahold of sony. Very shady business practices, but that being said after i finally got my refund i bought the same tv from best buy for less money and they brought it to me in working condition an i must say its prolly the most beautiful tv ive owned!!
