I bought this in size M by mistake (168 pounds, 5'7" tall), and even though I could wear it, I felt it digging into my shoulders. So I got the size L and I really like how it feels and how much it improved my overall look when I'm wearing a dress. Really recommend. Of course, take into account that you'll have to remove it to use the restroom 🚺.

I love the material, it doesn't feel dry like cotton or polyester, it doesn't make me sweat, on the contrary, when I feel hot, the fabric stays fresh, it's stretchy but still tight. I used to wear small but since I gained weight the small ones started to roll on the legs, so I had to start buying Medium, which fits perfectly, but I noticed the price went from $13 to $22 in the last year, also I have to buy it in person because every time I order to be delivered, I get the wrong kind of shapewear. I also have one without strips for when I wear strapless dresses.
