I make most of my pets food from scratch, but there is occasions on which I have to resort to process product. I can't just put it in my Layla's dog bowl for long, As once I put it in the bowl and set it down, everyone is in line waiting their turn in pecking order to eat it. It's so cute to see. Would highly recommend, in fact will continue to add it to the wet food. I make here at home for her. Wouldn't mind some coupons to help.

The Dogs Enjoyed It
I bought this 15 pound bag of True Instinct High Protein as special occasion treat for the dogs. It has extra meaty pieces in it compared to the regular True Instinct. It also costs a bit more. Since it has both beef and salmon, which they enjoy eating, I figured they might enjoy it. They had this for their holiday dinner, along with some home cooked dog food on top. I can't say that they went crazy for this food but they don't dislike it either. I think I will probably stick to the regular True Instinct as there are some flavors they absolutely love in the mix.

Only Kibble My Dogs Will Eat
I have two small dogs who absolutely did not like the vet recommended kibble. I cannot afford the trending ones that are mail ordered such as The Farmer's Dog and it's been a real challenge to find a quality kibble that they actually look forward to eating. This one changed the game for us. I am so pleased that it meets the dietary guidelines and they like it! I think in part it is because there are some softer meaty bits mixed in with the kibble. I made a mistake and bought the Purina One ( not Instinct) and they refused to eat it. It is only Purina One Instinct that has the soft meaty pieces added in to the kibble. Every dog is different but, if you have a picky eater, give this a try. It has solved a huge problem with my dogs food choices.
