I love this winter hat because I sometimes wear my hair in a ponytail and can just pull it through the opening. No need to take my hair down just to put on a hat. I reported that one was missing to Walmart, they contacted Ruby Shade who reached out to me immediately. I just got the other one in the mail. Cute concept

The concept is really cute. I recommend a couple changes. First, I am keeping it because it is really cute. However, they do need to create different sizes for both fit and for those with very thick hair versus fine thin hair. There is just a sewn hole at the top with a one size fits all. I brought the dark gray color. It is well made. The problem is you must pull the hair thru once it is on your head. Finally, it needs to be satin lined to fight the frizz and not flatten the rest of the hair.
