Great for keeping in car!

I haven't tried any of the connectors besides the lightning for my iPhone. I keeo this in my car and use it to quickly and easily take the SD card from my dashcam and watch/retrieve any footage that I want. That way I don't have to wait until I get home to get the footage. I can can just put it on my phone and send it upload it somewhere for safe keeping. So far it has worked great!
