I live in Georgia and we never know what the temperature is going to be, but since I'm from San Diego, it's usually very cold here for me. The leggings I thought were wool, but they turned out to be neoprene, which is extremely hot and sticky and does not breathe. They will be OK for temperatures that are about 50 but they need to be wall for when it goes from 20 to 40 1/2 a day.

Not what I expected
These looked to me online, like they're regular cotton leggings that are stretchy and breathe and keep you cool, but they're the "shiny spandex" leggings, which would likely keep you warmer during the winter? So if that's what you're looking for, they're perfect for you!! They're just not what I expected, so I returned them to the customer support desk inside Walmart. ( I'm SO happy they didn't make me ship them back to where they came from)
