Catalina Crunch Protein Cereal, Cinnamon Toast 9 oz

I love this cereal. The inventor has health problems like me and made a healthy yet delicious snack. let me ask you? do you like mushy cereal? if the answer is no like me, and you wanna eat healthy, get this omy. Its pea protein and tastes like french toast! I tried 3 different kinds, and I love them all. Excellent, and they don't get soggy yay. Does get a little softer after sitting for a few minutes, ifcthey are to hard for you.

Almost 3 times the price of other cereals, but at one-third the carbs, and 4 times the protein. When going keto, I thought I'd have to give up on cereal for breakfast until I found this brand. There are some so-called keto-friendly cereals, but their net carbs are too high. Keto-friendly, sugar free, or low/no added sugar doesn't necessarily mean low-carb, but mostly just lowER net carbs which often is not much lower. I've seen complaints that this cereal is too hard. No harder than chewing on GrapeNuts or Kashi. This also means this cereal takes a lot longer to get mushy. I can have this while having interruptions during breakfast, and it's still crunchy to the last bite. The dried blueberries, or whatever are the dried blueberry bits, are a bit tough and chewy. I'll probably switch to their other varieties without the dried fruit bits. Luckily I don't eat cereal for breakfast very often, like about twice per week, so the small package lasts longer than a week without having to get skimpy on portion. So far, the biggest negative is getting Walmart to keep it in stock. This lets me go keto, but still have cereal, and with decent flavor and lasting crunchy texture.
