Good quality and price for flip-back boat seat.

Comfortable, practical, well-made with good quality materials. Included 4 mounting bolts (machine thread) to attach in 5” x 12” pattern. Received it quickly and price was significantly lower from Walmart than price for the same product from boat stores on-line. Only negative is limited color selection (ie just one color was available), but it worked for me.
