Hoover PowerScrub XL, Upright Carpet Cleaner Machine, Shampooer for Carpet, Rugs, & Upholstery, Fast Dry, Upholstery Tool Attachment, FH68010

Bought this rug cleaner to replace an older Hoover model that had died after 5 years. In general, I preferred the Hoover to the Bissell, which I had owned previously. Both rug brand cleaners do not build to last, unfortunately, but Hoover seemed to do a better job overall. The order arrived very quickly (next day) and was brand new, but did not dispense any of the liquid from the tank. A Hoover issue, not a Walmart issue. I requested a replacement, Walmart set up the Fed-Ex pickup the next day and replaced it the day after that, so I have to give Walmart major kudos for the speed in which it initially arrived, when they picked up the defective one and when they delivered the replacement, all within a couple of days. The second one worked well, so I'm hoping that continues and I hope it lasts longer than 5 years, the previous benchmark. the 4-star recommendation is for the actual performance of the machine, not the Walmart portion of it.
