It's a little darker than I thought it would be but it's perfect! You can see for yourself by looking at my photos. I've been sewing all my life but I'm relatively new at making fancy pillows. I'm having so much fun with this. You can't really tell because of bad lighting, but there's a goldish brown spot in the fabric that matches the gold trim.
